Dr Bolgar remotely reviewed a referral made by an optician for an eye operation and decided to upgrade the condition to "urgent "as I had previously had an unsuccessful eye operation in January 2023 and I am in pain (similar to having chilli in one eye) caused by ingrowing eyelashes. I did attempt to obtain an appointment with Dr Bolgar but the receptionists stated this was not possible, unfortunately the hospital waiting list to an appointment to see a specialist is 30 weeks I am unsure how long I have to wait for an operation. I have great confidence in all the G.Ps at this surgery getting an appointment via the gatekeepers is another issue.
